Ultra Digital VPN - Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 1, 2025

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Ultra Digital Companies, LLC (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the "Ultra Digital VPN" service (the "Service"). Your privacy is our absolute priority, and this policy outlines our commitment to protecting it.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Our Core Commitment: A True No-Logs Policy

We are a strict no-logs VPN service. This is not just a marketing slogan; it's the foundation of our service. We believe that your online activity is your business, and ours alone.

We DO NOT collect, monitor, or log any of the following data:

  • Your original or outgoing IP addresses.
  • Your browsing history (websites visited, apps used, etc.).
  • Traffic data or the content of your communications.
  • DNS queries made while connected to our service.

The Outline technology we use is specifically designed to prevent us from seeing this information, ensuring your online activities remain private and anonymous.

3. Information We Do Collect

To provide our Service and manage your account, we must collect a minimal amount of information. We are transparent about what this is and why we need it.

A. Information You Provide

  • Email Address: We require your email address to create and manage your account, process payments, and communicate with you.
  • Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not see or store your full credit card details. We only receive a confirmation of payment and basic subscription details.

B. Anonymized Data for Service Maintenance

To ensure our servers are running smoothly and to prevent abuse, the Outline server software we use automatically collects some non-personally identifiable data.

Data associated with each access key:

  • Aggregate Data Transferred: We can see the total amount of data transferred by a key over a 30-day period. This helps us with capacity planning. For example, we can see a key used 15 GB of data, but we cannot see what that data was.
  • Timestamp of Last Activity: We can see the timestamp of the last time a key was used to connect to the server. This helps us manage our user base and identify inactive keys. We cannot see how long you were connected or what you did during that time.

Data collected at the server level (not linked to users):

  • General ASN Data: We collect general ASN (Autonomous System Number) data at the server level. An ASN identifies the network provider (e.g., Comcast, AT&T, Verizon) of traffic coming to our servers. This information is aggregated and helps us analyze traffic patterns and troubleshoot potential network-level issues. It is **never** linked to an individual user account, IP address, or access key.

All administrative data is used strictly for service maintenance and **cannot** be used to link any specific online activity back to an individual user.

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • To create and maintain your account.
  • To process your subscription payments.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • To monitor and maintain the health and performance of our servers.
  • To communicate important service-related notices.

5. Data Security

We implement strong security measures to protect the minimal information we hold. Your account information is protected by encryption, and access is strictly limited to personnel who require it to perform their job functions, such as our support team.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate. This includes payment processors for handling subscriptions and the Outline Client application for connecting to our VPN servers. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for their data handling practices.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information (such as your email address). You can manage your account information by logging in or by contacting our support team.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

9. Contact Us

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments about this Privacy Policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@ultradigitalvpn.com.
